Its cali i say its evil though here in az 2 years ago my sister left work and opened the door to her 96 firebird to see a hispanic male trying to jack her car she just said HEY WTF ARE YOU DOING to wich he ran out to his buddy in a truck and all they got is her radio lol she told me later i guess that was stupid of me to say he did have a gun....... lol but hey she saved her car
