I can not get the bolt/washer out of the side closest to the door on the drivers side. It's moving, I just can't get it to clear the hard lines. I've tried pushing the arm in and out rotating the bolt and washer, moving the hard lines a little. I'm stuck and about to throw something! I got the other bolt out fine, the ball joint out of the steering knuckle with a few good whacks.

What am I doing wrong or missing? I"ve been messing with this one bolt for over 90 min!!

Yeah, that PITA bolt

You need to move the brake lines--carefully. They are in the way-

You can pull them apart and fudge the cam on the end in between them, then punch the bolt out with a 1/4" extension which you do not like a whole lot, or use a drift, large punch anything that will go into the hole from the rear

you will see how you have to play with the cam's position to allow it to go out.

We all have been there, some choose to install the new, further moving ( for better adjustment) cam washers backwards From the rear. for this reason. You do have camber adjustment shims I hope. Otherwise you will need to do this all over again.

This will upset your alignment guy though, might even make him scratch his head looking for the right tools. Who cares, tell him to do it and STFU!:hammer::hammer::hammer:

I started doing that and got frustrated (well more than I was) got it a little farther than I had but not out. Ran out of time and patience, had plans with some friends tonight. So I'll get back to it tomorrow afternoon with a fresh look at it and hopefully it will actually come out!!!
