Drivetrain noise

I have noise in front left, rotational related, no shake or feel in stearing wheel, rotated tires, replaced left front wheel bearing assembly. I'm thinking transfer case area.

I have this on the 2000 sport. a deep whirling sound when you pick up some speed. I just changed the wheel bearings and it didn't go away also it isn't the shaft , in the summer I changed the 96 shaft over and it still did the same thing. the problem sounds like the bearing right after the shaft. I have not been this far deep.
