I wont be able to meet up with you guys till the 1st of Jan (Monday) -- my grandmother passed away so my parents are going overseas. So I have to pick them back up at the airport on the 31st.

Sorry to hear that, Harold. A death in the family sucks bad enough, but around this time of year it's even worse

Don't worry about what time you meet up with us, we'll be in the dirt somewhere nearby

Lt dear, I think you're wrong... the cat/toast may not spin around in circles but they would definitely hover. I would volunteer to test this out on Gizmo the spasticat, however, she is something of a freak among cats. Every time she's been dropped she lands on her head. I don't know if it's by choice or she's just 'speshul' like that

And now for my random sleep deprived comment of the night:

Doug's super duty is pretty fawkin fast for a 6,000 lb truck!!!!

thanks everyone, well the surgery went well, even tho it was complicated, my vision is improving very, very fast and it looks like all is well for the new years run, just gotta take it easy so my retna doesnt tear again and then ill be **** outta luck again......

Are you sure you're allowed to wheel after that kinda surgery? I would think you're supposed to keep from jarring yourself for at least two months

I think post detached retina surgery care and wheeling won't mix, I know they tell patients who have had retina surgery to avoid rollercoasters, heavy lifting, etc. Especially a week or two after surgery, just ask Monmix.. If I remember right he had to wear a patch on his eye for a good month plus had to avoid certain activities.

So I will make a reservation for one of the hibachi tables if there is intrest and I get an EXACT headcount. I need the headcount in the next couple days so please reply fast.
