Easy Fuel Filler

I have a 2011 Ltd with 33,000 miles and I recently had a problem inserting the fuel pump nozzle into the easy fuel filler fill pipe. I finally got it to open but I had to really push to get the filler pipe to open. Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't recall any post saying that anyone had issues inserting the pump nozzle but I believe there was a post about a problem filling up using a fuel container. That was due to the fact that the supplied fuel filler funnel wasn't being used. If it was just a one time incident, perhaps see what the next fill up brings. Otherwise if it is a consistent problem, I would recommend a dealer visit while you are still under the factory warranty.
