emblem removal

i want to remove the "Explorer" emblem and ford logo from the back of my 95. I already attempted to remove the explorer logo but there were holes left. Is there anything that i can use to patch the holes up

i had the same problem and ya know what i filled them with? a brand new explorer emblem! i dont think the ford one has holes, but i could be mistaken.

The Ford emblem has two holes behind it.
