Emergence Rear Diff Prob

search on the limited slip, i posted a link a while back reguarding rebuilding the factory limited slip. The link explained the multiple ways to do it, to make (somewhat of) an aggressive limied slip out of the stock unit.

i wish i could find it now, haha, im interested now.

i jacked it up it was a little harder than an open diff to turn but it acts like a open diff so is the d4 axle open i thougt it was track lock and were can i get a rebuid kit for it i have the front and rear axles and the truck drives great still clucks a little when you shift between d and r but are old explorer did to so maby thats normal?

track lock is a locker, it would have to have been ordered from the factory with that.
You can get a LS clutch kit from the same place you get your gears.

Not normal, check your trans fluid if its an auto, smell burnt?

So you have installed the rear end, what about the front diff?

working on the front diff and the transfluid is due for change dosent smell burnt but looks worn out
