The 4.0L didn't change much from 99 or so on. You will have to use the intake manifold and everything from the 04, but I doubt you have find any differences.
They will take some boost without any mods. Check out some mustang forums. Otherwise there are a couple websites that sell 4.0l speed parts. Cyl heads, cams, internals, but they are very expensive.
The cylinder head oiler setup changed in 05 and it ditched the top oil rail and sends the oil through the follower. The long block will exchange 97-10 with only minor modifications (pcv changed in mid 01 along with aluminum to plastic valve covers). As long as that 01 sport trac motor has plastic valve covers it will be a complete and direct swap.
I think it does but I'll have to check it's going into an 04 I plan on new seals rings and valve springs bearings gaskets and timing set may port and polish the heads
