Not sure if anyone else had this problem. However I did. I completed a new head gasket, both intake gaskets, new head bolts, IAC gasket, throttle gasket, and new tune up. When I started the engine for the first time I had miss fires on all cylinders but the number one. Been scratching my head for three weeks. Went and got my adapter for the obd 1 port on the 4.0 and found out for some reason the pmc had the engine on a 4 cylinder program. So I got the engine to operating temp and did a system check and everything went to the proper program and all the misses we're gone and the engine is now running perfect. I had tried to do many warm up cycles before I got my adapter but kept getting the same miss fire. I figured I would post it here to help anyone having the same issue
