I just need to know if extended sway bars are a must, what does it effect if I just hook my existing brackets up and drive like whatever. as far as suspension I only have a 4 inch lift and don't plan on doing anymore offroading. Would this have any affect on alignment issues? Thanx in advance!!

I have 4" of suspension lift, with the stock swaybar. Never had any problems.

I have f150 coils in mine witch is about 3 1/2 inches and have no problems on or off the road
