Hi,
I am thinking that if the sway bar has to be removed in order to install the sway bar bushings, then I will go ahead and replace the ends links bushings as well. I plan to have a Ford dealer to replace them.

Thanks,
Shane

No, the sway bar does not need to be removed to replace the bushings, but the end links do.

It is much easier to replace the frame mount bushings by removing the swaybar.

Please don't take it to the dealer if you're gonna have to pay for labor. Learn about your truck and do it yourself ;) On a scale of 1-10, it's about a 2.
