Fan Clutch Replacement then check engine light

2006 Explorer 4.0L. I replaced the fan clutch two days ago and my overheating problem is fixed. Now it has just thrown a check engine light. Has anyone had any issues with a check engine light after replacing the fan clutch or have any suggestions? Thanks!!

What's the code ? It may be totally unrelated. I replaced the clutch on mine years ago and no issues whatsoever.
