Panther makes the wheels. The owner before me bought these wheels, however I'm not so certain they knew how to take care of them. I'm looking to invest in some new ones (possibly bigger) this summer.

Mine didn't have the crossbars. By strips, do you mean the end caps?
I have plans for bigger wheels, an eclipse nav. unit, and some new gauges. I REALLY wish that I could find a QUALITY wood dash kit, not these stick-on kits.
For your wood dash kit, check out wooddashexperts.com. It is a stick-on kit, but they look VERY good... the actual dash pieces look perfectly stock once they're on there.
