Flickering Lights

Has anyone experienced their interior lights flickering on and off while driving down the road. Everytime I hit a bump, the interior lights and reading lamps along with the cargo lamps will flicker on and off. I have had to pull the bulbs out until the Ford dealer can locate the issue. Any tips?

sounds like the switch in the dash that cuts on the interior lights is maybe bad or not turned all the way off or on?
(I'm talking about the rolling switch underneath the headlights switch)
