Ford Explorer Fuel Gauge Don't Works

Hi, i have a Ford Explorer 1991 Eddie Bauer Edition, and the fuel gauge no work's, my cuestion is without anti slosh module fuel gauge work, only connect black and yellow wire to signal conection on the gauge?, i test the sender and it work, which is the procedure to test anti slosh module?

thanks for the information, disconnect wires of the sender and fuel pump and the gauge move on 1/2 tank only, need help....
