Well, I made it home at about 9:45 this morning (total of 25 hours) and Johnny is still driving home to Chico (about another 8 hours). That guy is a driving machine!! We split off so he wouldn't have to drive all the way to my house then get back to the correct fwy to make it home. I have to say I can defintely feel the difference in power with an 6th cyl.
So...we got a flat on the truck and two more on the trailer.

Luckily, in I think it was Sonora, there were a few tire service places, so we were able to get a couple more tires for the trailer. Going through AZ there was a
CRAZY storm with lightning, thunder and enough rain with wind so that we could hardly see anything. We have a few really cool lightning pics.
I have to say to Jeff and Lori that the hospitality was amazing, and we really appreciate everything(even letting us torture the dog

)!! It was great to meet you both and the few of the other Texans, including Mudd*****'s beard. That thing is awesome!
I did let trckmagik at my Explorer with a sawz-all and an air grinder, but it's not what you guys are thinking.
Jeff, we heard you try and two-way Johnny, but he didn't have service from Austin to El Paso.
I'll post up my pics later tonight. I got right in the shower as soon as I got home and headed to work.
