Front seat removal on a 1994 Aerostar.

Does anyone know how to remove a 94 areostar front driver seat

Welcome to this forum! There are 4 torx head bolts which connect the seat to the body of the van. One bolt connects the female latch of the seat belt as well as the seat. There is a small plastic cover over the head of the bolt. These bolts are usually rusted under the vehicle which makes them difficult to remove. A 1/2" drive torx socket is recommended.

Hit the torx with some WD-40 and let soak overnight. If you can see them under the van, hit them on the bottom, too.
