Here she is. My golf cart has been sitting at my Dad's house for the winter, outside, with a broken roof. I need to use it this week for the rodeo. So I have only tomorrow to get it in semi-decent condition for a week of use. I really only need to get the ignition fixed and the roof put back on. Honestly, this golf cart as seen a lot of abUSE. It's been on it's side a few times (hence the broken roof bars). It's had numerous different objects jammed into the keyhole in order to get it started. :p

The long term goal is to get a little lift on it, some bling wheels and tires, and an awesome roll cage and bumpers. So after this next week the fun will begin (along with my SAS). So here is the begining of the begining. :D

whats wrong with the bling wheels on it now? :p

Finally got the hood off! This thing has mud in it from about six different states!

Looks like a lift kit is going to be pretty simple.

Good deal! No one makes a lift kit for these. That means it has to be all custom.

its not like your goin to have a problem with that(custom making shiz that is). Is there a tire size you have in mind?

22s, 25s, somewhere in there. Apparently Par Cars have zero aftermarket support. Sorta like the Explorer I guess. :p

Those gas powered carts are the best, and don't forget, Purple Power ans a pressure washer are your friend ;)

Looking good, keep us updated.

You really shouldnt stick random objects in your key hole ya know! :D

Although in all seriousness i think a lifted golf cart with custom bumpers and a kage is gona be pretty cool.

Is there a possibility you drop in a Honda engine, like a 1.5liter or maybe a motorcycle engine...they got the tranny built in with them...so all you have to worry about is radiator, fuel, electrical,....space.....nevermind, thats more than i thought. : confused :

honda engine+ 31's.....now that would be sweetbut in seriousness...the rear is solid right?.....so ...make it soa? with some shackels?.....agg i wish i had some pics of the golf cart around my school it must have an 6 inch on it.

That's what I was thinking. Replace the front leaf spring deal with some a-arms and quad shocks.

I washed it off this morning. It's lookin a little better. 30' of 1" pipe =

It's just barely held on there. I'm going to OSH to get some hardware and then I'll finish her up. It's pretty tricky getting everything lined up. I hope it looks half way decent in the end.

Sweet project. They have two golf carts at my school for the parking guys to run around and put boots on cars if you're parked in the wrong spot (can't fit one around my tire) ;) One of the golf carts is stock, the other is all camo with a lift and m/t tires. :D

I'll tell you what... working for a living sux! :p
