just a quick thanks for the info you put on here in the usa about the explorer,having read through several threads on the torsion bar removal i felt i could change my lower arm which i did today,the whole thing took about 4 hours at a snails pace and saved me a few hundred pounds in garage charges ,mind you ive got some cut knuckles and fingers but worth it! i managed to remove torsion adjusting nut with bottle jack which saved me a few quid having to needlesly buy a gear puller,anyway thanks again ,richard
