Does anyone know where I can find a GPS antenna that I could permenantly mount to the roof of my truck? I want GPS navigation and since my laptop is permantly mounted to my truck, it would be nice to have a decent antenna to go along with it. I looked on ebay, but all i saw were those CF antennas for handhelds or USB mice with an antenna built in. I want to keep the number of devices in the cab to a minimum, since its already crammed full of radios, switchboxes and siren controls. since this would be for my first responder vehicle, a fast cold(or warm) lock on time would be great(less than 25 secs cold) does anyone know where i can find an antenna like this?(usb or serial?)

Look in a marine supply store. However, most antennas are unit specific, but I would think they might work.

Good luck.....
