1998 Explorer XLT sohc V6
I have a 1998 Ford Explorer XLT sohc V6. I'm replacing all 6 fuel injectors. The new injectors aren't oem or motorcraft. I bought them from ebay. They are closely similar except for one thing.
The injector consists of
The injector
(2) two O-rings
(1) one 'end cap' (not sure the name of- -this part) (will call it 'fitting cap')
The old injector has a more coned fitting cap, where as the new injector has a flat fitting cap.
Normally i would just let it ship, if it fit accordingly. But, when i put the new injectors in the port or hole where they belong, they don't seem to fit snug.
The new ones seem to snap into place and the new ones do not.
If i force them slightly, they will set un place.
Being on the average side of mechanics, im asking if there would be any obvious issues with strong consequences with putting it back together and starting her up?
I've cleaned everything i could get to without dropping years of dirt, oil, and grease into the valve hole and injector ports. I dropped one broken fitting cap into the 1st cylinder when i removed it from place. But, fished it out and decided to check the rest of the cylinders while i had the camera out. All of them have the normal residue you'd find in a 25 year old vehicle. But the 6th cylinder has some beads (almost looks like bearing balls from a tiny bearing) looks like they're just sitting right where the valve stem opens to let in the air/fuel.
I grabbed some canned wind and the vacuum and blew into the injector port while sucking from the valve hole, but they didn't seem to move at all. Should i be worried if i just ignore it?

Any help would be extremely helpful.
Also, any relative advice, suggestions, pro tips of any degree etc, anybody has to offer is appreciated.

I'm replacing all 6 fuel injectors.
Did you change them too? Common that they brake.

Need a photo. Could be casting flash, not sure where ball bearings would come from in the intake tract.
