91' Ford Ranger XLT
Okay is what I am working on is a 91 Ford Ranger XLT Standard Cab. The motor in the truck is solid and I wont be messing with it hardly at all. So my goal is to fix ALL rust while I wait for my new interior. It has quite a bit of rust. One spot on Driver door, Both lower cab corners, Both fender wells outside. behind bumper, and a little by the headlights. My goal is to grind down and cut out ALL rust spots and shoot it with some converter. I will be using sheet metal to replace cut out pieces. I am redoing the interior completely. It has factory blue interior and it will be transformed to all black interior. I will post some pics once I get it in the garage and prepping it for the work tomorrow. Any suggestions and welcome!!

Nice; I wish we had a black interior option, hands down its my all time favorite.

Ill tell you what though. The black interior was very hard to find. Alot of research! And I could not find the interior trim pieces anywhere so I am going to primer and shoot them myself.

Okay change of plans for some rust work. I am going to try and find a different bed that has minor rust damage and go that route. Got to looking today and the bed is rusted to much for me to want to spend the time I have allowed to work on the truck and finish it. Will keep original driver door though. I will have some pics ready to post up tomorrow so you can all see what I am talking about.

Getting ready to go get the pics and post em up! How can I post them directly to the thread??
