Resistors are a horrible idea. It's basically using twice the power, and it gets really hot.

I used a big cap, which gets rid of the error message and also smooths out the pulsing that Ford uses on the halogens.

Any specs on the cap? and any pics of how you installed it? What did you do about the other headlight harness that is not used with the bixenon kit?

Why is it so hard to find HID PROJECTOR kits for my 2008 Explorer? Is it because they are a single bulb system? Anyone have any advise?

I installed the 4 resistors over a year ago en my truck 2010 and finished the error on the dash,
Make sure to put on metal due to warming. The ultimate solution for the next time you buy another kit HID lights is to verify that this has Canbus included.
The Error Code Canceller Capacitor / Decoder antiflash never worked for me.
