It would depend on the kit you get. Do you have a link? Some kits come with a wiring harness with relays, others don't. If it doesn't then I would recommend making a wiring harness that connects directly to the battery, and then uses the stock headlight wires as the signal lead for the relays.

It's possible, just might be a little complicated. Never the less, start searching around on ebay and other sites alike to see what you can find for hi/low HID kits. I know R1concepts sells them and they just did a huge group buy for them on *********. Just make sure that you know what bulb size to get and what color you know you want.

Using a 9005/9006 heavy duty wiring harness and a fog light harness w/relay should take care of the wiring.
I dont see a problem so lonk as only one set is started at one time. In other words dont turn on the headlights & fogs at the same time. Not sure it would be too much of a drain but who knows.

You wouldn't need a relay or anything, i did low/highs and fogs on my mothers jeep and theres not a single problem. No relay was needed and the headlights n foglights flip on at almost the same time.

On my explorer my headlights n foglights turn on at the same time and not a problem...they require less wattage don't worry about it.
