Just passed 183,000 km (around 110,000 mi). Barely broken in. ;)

116,000 ish

155xxx 96 V8 AWD

98 Xlt 234,00 all orginal and runnimg strong, 20mpg hwy 31" mud tires, makes a lil noise but never gave me an issue.

214xxx. Runs fine overall. I try to keep up on it. I am going to replace the three original 02 sensors (no codes, preventative) and replace the original leaf springs (sag) next. I also have to do the valve covers gaskets as they are starting to weep just a bit.

My 1995 XLT has 214,000 miles and runs great.

My 99 Eddie Bauer has 190K, bought it 3 years ago with about 150k, runs great.

71,000 1998 EB w/6 cyl. Decided to leave the Honda parked and drive the Explorer for a while this summer.

175K on my '01 sport. No serious problems yet *crosses fingers*
"stock" because of replacement parts lol

98 EB 4.0 4x4 172,000
98 XLT 5.0 2wd 234,000

Both Bone stock, but since we just got an 02 XLT for my sweetie...the gloves are off for modding the 5.0 :D

old 99 eb 4.0 4x4 had 170k
new 00 eb 5.0 awd just hit 100k

My wife & I just purchased a 99 Sport with 81K.

The one I got about 2 months ago has 264k. Need to do a bit of work lol

My 2001 Explorer Sport has 250,000 on it. It's one of the better vehicles I have and only cost $1500. Someone just wanted to get rid of it. For that kind of money I figured if it lasted a year it paid for itself. Two years and still going strong!

1995 Explorer Limited

I just had my Purple Barney mobile turn over 321,000 Km. Bought it for $1200.00 3 years ago. All I have had to do to keep it running smooth, was a brake job 2 years ago regular oil top up every 4 tanks of gas. Today I just changed the NGK Iridium plugs for new ones... It is running like a antelope with a lion on its tail....

I bought my '96 XLT 4.0L with 79,000 kms on it two years ago. It will pass 97,000 kms this week. Its a baby, man. Picked it up for a song from the original owners wife . . he had died a year earlier, and it was his pride and joy.
She cried as I drove off . . .

Did the brakes last week and oil/filter each 5000 kms.

Tell me dave5992012 . . . did changing the plugs make that much of a difference? On the freeway, mine's ok, but a bit sluggish around town.

97 Mountaineer 5.0 201,000 original drive train

215k on my '97 SOHC. @214k, installed a 90k motor since my original SOHC died from chain failure. Still on the original trans, amazingly! Prefer driving the explorer to my '14 Focus i bought as a commuter!
