I want to tow my BII but not on a car trailer. Is it possible to use a car dolly? The one you drive the front tires up on and lock down? Or what would be better is a tow bar? I can get this one for $100. Will it work? Also can I tow this with my stock 94 explorer with a 4.0?

also will my stock bumper on my ex handle this or will a class 3 tow hitch be needed?

I think bumper hitches are only good for about 1000 lbs trailer weight...yes car dollies are a good option (much less expensive than a full-on trailer) only limits are physical (width of carried vehicle, esp. while turning, make sure the fenders don't bind)

Drop the rear driveshaft before going too far.
