how'd you build your crawler?

I'm in the planning stages of building my 1999 5L expo into a rock crawler. I'm here asking for drivetrain setup options. build thread links if possible. this will be my first build like this so any advice would be great. what motor, transmission, transfer case and axles did you use? thank you
