HVAC Vent Modes Not Working... HELP!!!

This is my first time owning a ford and don't know much about them. Always had Chevrolets growing up due to their reliability. Bought this suv about 6 months ago and recently my wife pointed out that she can't get the vent modes to change between front vents to anything such as defrost and lower vents. Done so much forum reading and can't find anything on my issue. Everyones blender doors go out but everything is working fine with my hvac besides vent mode selections. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

Welcome to the Forum Davis.
Looks as though the blend door actuators are not working.
I found this post and don't know if it will help; Air only blows from defrost vents

For future searches, it's the "Vent Mode Actuator", not the "Blend Door Actuator". The Blend Door controls the hot/cold mix, the vent mode controls which vents the air comes out of.
