I need help QUICK!!

I'm looking to change my speedo gear today out in the 8 degree weather. I got under my truck...and can't find it..I have a 95 sport 4WD. I'm looking around the transfer case and can't seem to locate it. PLEASE HELP!

Ok...the only thing I think may be it is a cylindrical type thing at the back of my transfer case with an electrical connector off to the side of it. It has one bolt holding it in....is this it?

Your '95 may be different than my '97, but on mine it is located towards the rear of the transfer case. It is a small black device that is held on to the transfer case with one bolt/clip combo. There are two (maybe 3) wires coming out of it and going up somewhere else. Remove the one bolt and it slides out of the transfer case. The gear will then slide off the end of the part you take out. Try doing a search and you should come up with some pictures of mine that I posted a year or two ago. I tried getting to my picture hose but they are down right now.

Thanks guys...got it out...pink 19 tooth gear..go up to Ford. Of course..the inevitable happened "NOT IN STOCK WITHIN 1 HOUR FROM HERE" Great....so it's ordered none the less....thanks for the help.
