I installed two rectangular style off-road lights on my yakima roof rack. I wraped the ground and power wires in black loom and ran to drivers door down through weather strip and in cabin. Problem, looks good and clean but the door opens and shuts hard due to all the wires and loom in channel. What are my options w/o drilling in my roof. Thanks. Mike.

drill the roof.
Not a big deal if you ask me.
My hole in the roof has been there for about 6 years and I dont even use my roof rack anymore, I plugged it with a simple plastic clip and some clear silicoln.

If you don't want to drill the roof then you can Run it out the back hatch. Otherwise I would not hesitate to drill through the roof as fortune mentioned..

Runit through the rear window, where the washer fluid comes out, id simply take it off, you probably hardly ever use it anyways. Then run it through the same path the fluid line takes untill you get the compartment where the fluid tank is (im assusming its inside the rear panel on the left side, there should be clips to pop out and remove it, giving you access to the jack. At least thats how it is on my 92, i assume it basically the same. Then go ahead and snake it through the carpet, under the doorstrips, and out to the fusebox, presto!
