importance of radius arms?

when you make and price lift kits in a catalog, your price does not go up with steel prices, you EAT the costm and buy steel when its low to manufacture enough parts for the entire year/run.....passing the cost increase on to the customer is not on a kit by kit basis but yor prices should adjust with each new advertised printing of price, or each new run of the kit.
You cant send out a catalog that says our kit is X$ and then when they call its now $Y, thats just bad business...
 






i totally agree, i think its robbery, I am not going to pay more than a quoted price, if they had put the price they quote ove rthe phone on their website i wouldn't have a problem with it, but as it is i was going to do a lot of business with them and because of their sheer unprofessionalism i don't think i will do anything business with them
