New member with 02 (late build) 2wd explorer replaced battery then panel froze (speed gauge stuck on max) all gauges off. Truck starts and runs ok.no codes thrown on obd2. Left battery + off 24 hours no change. Cluster fuses ok but using orig owners manual fuse guide seems inaccurate (example engine fuse box relay 47 is horn relay but no wires there?) so fuse 28 is horn? Under dash fuse panel fuse 15,21 are ok but are they cluster?? Build date of truck was 10/2001 per sticker but heard of a wiring change for 2002 models.
