Is a 1995 Aerostar radiator the same as the one in a Ranger or an Explorer?

Does anyone know if an explorer or ranger radiator will fit in a 95 aerostar 3.0? Mine has a crack its the first time my aerostar has let me down.

Not sure about the interchangeability but I just did a search on eBay for "Aerostar radiator" and see new radiators going for around $70 delivered. I wouldn't fool around with a used one anyway - no telling how long it might last. I bought a new one off eBay last fall when my '96 Aerostar starting leaking at the end caps. It arrived quickly and as I remember it was a good brand name.
