Is it possible to put a 99-01 bumper on my 97 Ex???

Can i do it without the reinforcement and if so, what do i need? Need all the help possible. This is the front cover im talking about.

Probaly could i just a custom bumper from a 99 on my 91 and had no problems at all the biggest problem i see is the license plate since on 99+ it's in the tailgate and 97 down it's mounted in the bumper itself.

Just make sure to get all of the bumper; both the structure and cover. It will bolt right up.

If i dont have the structure for the front bumper is it possible to just do something to make the bumper cover fit. I only have the cover, and the bumper & brackets are expensive.
