1994 Ford Explorer 2 door
took a little advice from the guys here and stayed clear of the 4.0 and got me a 5.0 :) . Paid $2400 for it and is in great shape. nothing wrong no real rust and beautiful straight body. 1997. Someone put a nice stereo system in it and it has a professionally installed flip down screen in the back for video games or dvd's or whatever. i like it so far. has 190 k on it though.

It definitely looks good considering her age and mileage (rear wiper aside)!

well lets see the stereo man!!! congrats on the new ride! :)

nice! good looking truck and it appears to be in super good shape. someone gave it love. at 190k it still got plenty of live left in it. i've got one pushing 200k and i plan to get at least another 100k out of it.

welcome to the forum. it's a great resource for information.

been on forum for many years. I have a first gen that is my toy. this will be the family wagon. I will post some pics of the stereo and interior tomorrow. we just got it cleaned up. had been sitting over the winter.

someone stole the rear wiper and the P.O. pulled this one off a parts rig. thinking it was a first gen he got it from

Good looking vehicle. I have a '97 EB and at 285K miles it's finally giving me what I consider significant trouble, so you should have plenty of life left in the girl. Mine has a pretty significant coolant leak in water pump/timing chain cover area; still trying to decide what to do about it.

Welcome and clean 2nd gen! I'm hoping to add a 5.0 to my fleet as well!

Beautiful truck you need to get some second generation wheels though for it ! Best of luck with it , I'm the original owner of a '95 XLT had 7 miles on it when i picked it up , it now has 197,000 , and hopefully many more . You take care of them and i believe it will last a very long time .

Nice truck! I always wondered what they looked like without rust up to the bottom of the doors ;) (what you get around here)
