I also have (or I mean, had) a 98 Ford Taurus SHO... it was a fast little sexy thing. In March I was in an car accident and anyway to make a long story short - my car was hauled off to the junkyard while I was in a coma. By the time I came back around (3 weeks later) I sent family to go get things out of my car and the TV and DVD player had magically disappeared. Keep in mind this wasn't some indash plugin system, rather an 8" custom flip down screen replaced where the overheard dome lights go, and a DVD player installed in the drunk and cemented directly to the metal of the drunk through a hole cut out in the carpeting/lining. Trust me, these things were like OEM, someone had to take a lot of time to remove them. Do you have any advice on what I should do? The tow company/junkyard claims they aren't responsible for vehicles, yet i wasn't awake to make any decisions or give input! I also have the same set up in my Explorer and I'm worried the same thing could happen, but hopefully not
