Just got stuck in the mud...no one to pull me out??

Funny thing, not one person mentioned letting air out of the tires. IN mud, airing down will usually get you to float out of it, little throttle and soft tires.

take them down to 15 psi and see if youcan crawl out.
If you are high centered, the a rocking motion or a come a long are the way to go...

ehh.....not too bad.....it looks like you just flew through a puddle of dirty water IMO, mine was actually mud.....stuff was really thick......if i had a butter knife i could've spread it over the whole truck LOL suprising this thread is almost exactly 24 hours old and still going.....i didnt think i'd even get so many responses...oh well........happy trailing

letting air out in mud is not necessarily benificial. you have 2 methods dig through or float over... airing down in sand and rocks widens and lengthens your contact patch but if you are already stuck you need clearance. air down and you loose clearance. full preasure (if you have any grip on your tires) will help you dig down to harder ground then you might have a chance of digging through. my sure "get out" is my high lift jack and whatever debris i can find. if not i use the come a long. i live in farm land too and i tell you if you were only2 miles from home you were lucky. my father law and uncle got high centered in ocala national forrest walked out 9 miles at night and couldnt find anyone so they walked back starved and tired... ripped all the seat belts out tied them together and tied one end around a stump and the other through the wheel and got off. 24 hours later they showed up before the police were called.

dude your not always "wheeling" when you go through mud hole and there is nothing wrong with getting stuck. all these guys acting like pros have all been stuck too :D (including me in fact i might hold florida club record for most stucks in one day:rolleyes: ) i know its not always possible to have someone with you while wheeling, but be carfeul! soudns liek your truck got away from you. glad your out of that hole.

Now - this is how to fall off of a road...

Keep in mind - 35" tires and they are gone on the passenger side...
