Just thru a P0741 code

My 2006 V6 XLT with 309,000 miles just thru the P0741 code. The wrench popped up on my way home yesterday. I had the transmission rebuilt at 229,000 miles and its worked fine up until now. Anyone else experience this?

Well, you have 80k miles on the rebuild so it is going to be difficult to pinpoint the culprit unless you have some shifting issues going on to help pinpoint it. It shifts fine but starts making noise after the wrench pops up. I unhooked the battery and it was off but came back on after about 5 miles. Transmission shop said the converter is going bad and it's going to need a rebuild.
