Yes, the scoop is functional into the airbox.
None of the lamps came from Splat.
And all the lamps are aimed differently, I use them all often.

the "stock" housing fogs are aimed just below the lows
the airdam fogs are aimed lower and to the sides
the driving lights are because the stock highs suck
I usually drive with the lows and the airdam fogs, but the different fog patterns help in different conditions. We get fog here every day.
