leaf springs

Hey guys i went and looked at my leaf springs today because i was going to do the aal and shackles in the back and i noticed my springs a pretty flat there is a little bow in them but pretty much flat will i be fine just getting the aal and shackles or should i consider getting another set of springs?

the worn out ones will have more flex but imnot sure
