leak or bad o2 sensors?

I just got the two codes saying o2 sensors upstream detect lean conditions, but I have checked all gaskets and hoses and can't find a leak, I sprayed carb cleaner all around all gaskets and hoses and no change in rpm, I don't know how old the o2 sensors are but the guy I bought it from said he put 100k miles on it and never changed anything but the oil, I pulled them and they looked pretty worn and dirty and tried cleaning them with carb cleaner and it idles smooth as glass I just have those two codes, are my o2 sensors going out? Or does it sound like I have a leak I haven't found yet

If you have lean codes on bank 1 and bank 2 it's unlikely you have 2 bad sensors. It's either a vacuum leak somewhere or low fuel pressure

What is the code? I have P0153 and points to the O2 sensor. From what I have read this does not mean the sensor is bad. I have no idea how to diagnose it. The truck runs fine. The only sign is the fumes I smell stepping out.

I the fuel filter desperately needs to be changed but it's stuck and I was gonna have a shop change it, could a clogged fuel filter cause enough low pressure or would out be pump related?

I am going to recommend this tool for the fuel filter. Similar is not as good. Orielly automotive has them. You do want to change the fuel filter

About the codes though

You really need to change the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets. While you are in there check the vacuum lines for leaks.

if you were to search "intake manifold gaskets" you would get a lot of stuff to read.

I actually changed the upper intake manifold gasket already but I didn't change the lower, but I did spray quite a lot around the lower gasket when I was checking with the carb cleaner, the till didn't load when I clicked on the web link, what is it called?

Blaming O2 sensors is like blaming your phone for collection calls. That said, there's more that could be going on than vacuum leaks. Check the fuel delivery system next -you don't say if you checked fuel pressure or output, IAC valve EGR for leakage, etc.

Iac valve is newer and is working, and egr valve doesn't have any leaks, I'm going to try the fuel filter and then check fuel pressure I'd nothing changes because I know the fuel filter is really bad, it has rust on it so I know it's been on there way to long
