Looking for some info

I have been doing some reading on little things that you can do to improve preformance. So my question for you, does the electric fan work good for cooling and preformace? Has anyone done this mod? Does your engine run hotter and cooler then with the belt mounted fan? Also if you have A/C is this going to make a difference on which electric fan to buy? Thanks in advance

Without a doubt YES.

I have installed two different e fans on my '99 SOHC. Take a look at http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75371&highlight=electric+fan and http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=140251&highlight=electric+fan .

I have never had any issues with my e fans, never an AC problem ( and here in Florida, its on almost every day ). I would recommend either of the fans that I have installed; both work well.
