Low Idle and Stall at Start

Having a problem with my ‘94 Explorer at start-up. This doesn’t happen all the time, but is becoming significantly more frequent. Engine starts, but idle remains low, at about 400-500 rpm. When cold, it will sputter and die if I don’t keep my foot on the gas. Sometimes when this happens, the rpm’s will suddenly bump up to about 1000, where it normally should be at start. When the engine is warm at start, frequently the idle remains low, and not at the normal 600 rpm, but sometimes it starts and isles properly.

I ran a KOEO test and it returned a 327 CM code. I’m not sure if this is related. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

I JUST made a post very similar to this...

only thing is, I don't think my vehicle has an EGR...
