Low key battery??

I keep getting this message in my dash. I gave regular fleet keys and 3 key fobs. I’ve replace the fob batteries and still get the message. None of the key fobs seem to unlock the car anymore. Any ideas?

Does anyone know where the receiver might be located in a 2018 PIU? I thought it would be under the dash or in the engine compartment, but now I heard some being in the rear portion of the vehicle. I don’t want to search head to tow and I’m it finding anything for the 2018 PIU. It looks like a simple wiring harness to unplug, but that’s I know at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
