mixing "different" mobil 1's?

im sure most of the people around here are aware that sometime in the last 6 months to a year, mobil 1 has changed the formula of their synthetic motor oil. now, i still have 3 quarts of the old oil formula in my garage, but you cant get it anymore, so is it ok to mix those 3 quarts with 2 quarts of the new formula? i would think that it is, but i just wanna double check.

According to the Mobil 1 website, it is okay to mix Mobil 1 with any conventional or synthetic oil.
