I'm the new guy here, and yes, I've read many of these posts before I ever registered, but now, I'm ready!

I've had my truck for a year and a half now, and it's time to do some work! I'm not into extreme off-roading, but I like to do a little. The only things I've done this far is tint the windows, add a custom dual cat-back (Flowmaster 40), and toss in a K-n-N filter.

I'm not too handy, I'm a sales guy. But I know plenty of mechanics.. which is good.

So where to start? I want to get the ball rolling, but nothing major yet.. it's still under warranty!

Ideas?! Suggestions!?

;)

Thanks!

A quick and easy way to get a couple inches is a torsion bar twist and Warrior shackles. Add a set of 31" tires to it and you will have a little height on a stock vehicle. If you want to see what one looks like setup that way, check out my pix.

Yes, for now twisting the torsions will be fine. I did that to my 01 sporttrac 2wd and it clears 33x12.50s, no mods to the rear, I just leveled it out.

TT/Warrior 2" lift is the best because you get to keep it if you do a Superlift later.:D
