Looking great Eric!!! Please clean those wheels up a little and take some more pictures, you are making my wheels look good:D Can't wait to go for a ride and see how well they stop! Also, I think if Jon powerdercoated the wheels with the "black chrome" color he has, it'd go well with your blue paint????

Now that you've got this thing stopping on a dime, what's the plan to make it go a little faster??? Got old seeing you in my rearview mirror...........:D

mine are 17x9. in general you need:
15" wheels for an 11" rotor
16" wheels for a 12" rotor
17" wheels for a 13" rotor
and 18" wheels for a 14" rotor.

I think at the closest point I have a little under half an inch of clearance.

If you select rotors which are 1/4" smaller than those, then the smaller wheels can work. I have 16" OEM Limited wheels I use for snow, on the 12.75" rotors.

The Wilwood kits for 8.8 rears are promising, the 12.2" versions similar to what you posted are what I had in mind also.

saw your post just as I was leaving my parents house from working on the mountaineer. It started with getting the wheels cleaned up, but turned into getting the whole thing looking decent again. Wash, clay, wash, polish, and the wax. Still have more work to do on the wheels that brake dust is on there like concrete.

So here you go quick and dirty from 45mph (my speedo is off)

SWEET!!! I can tell it stops A LOT better than mine!

I was eye balling my front and rear rotors the other night. They appear to be the same, just the front are larger(duh) and I wonder if I could make the fronts work on the back? Then I have to get larger fronts.... 14" would be nice:D
