Well been gone for quite a bit of time! So I shall update! Got a new rear axle and some other stuff fixed in the shop! Guy did a great job and now the shake is gone! I am now upgrading the sound system!
This head unit: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113DPX300U/Kenwood-DPX300U.html?tp=5684
These for door speakers (2 pairs): http://www.crutchfield.com/p_107DB571/Polk-Audio-db571.html?tp=93

Also I purchased longer TT bolts! Since my were old and stripped! They are WAY longer than stock! Also, WAY cheaper than the OEM ones! I also picked up the stainless steel tie down bolts! It makes it look WAY better if you ask me! I will post pictures eventually! Been very busy! :D

Thats all for now! :D

I have those same speakers when I blew my front one out. They sound way better than OEM speakers. Plus I've heard lots of good things about the kenwood HU

Thanks! I will let you know how it all comes together!!

Well Long day over here at my house! Installed the new sound system! Sounds GREAT! But one problem... I got the wrong wiring harness from Crutchfield, the factory AMP behind the seat with the Sub is not working so they are sending me the right one ASAP! So that is good. In the mean time I have the old head unit in place. I would Like to upgrade the speaker behind the seat but have no clue even where to start, so time for some reading online here. I'll attach some photos for everyone!

I'll be on here again soon! :)

That is your cruise control and cruise control cable.

Yep, cruise control module and cable.

Guess I might as well update after all of that! Everything is working great! Driven quite a bit over the past few months going to school and home twice now. I will be going hunting next weekend and am pretty sure I will bring my truck back on the farm land :D but the truck will need some new tires once the snow comes here in VT since mine are getting pretty bad. My tires guy suggested AT4's because theyre good in all weather, on and off road! Poor college student life is starting to hit me hard so we shall see how things go on that. But my truck always gets complements and gets me from A to B. Couldn't be happier! I'll check in later (Have some goodies planned, just waiting for word on something first :salute: )
Chris

Update!

Got a new set of tires Cooper AT3's 265/75/16's so far they have proven to be a great tire!

Also I had a sway bar link snap in my drive way so I had to replace that! Can't complain too much, she's getting old and will need stuff here than there! I believe the ball joints need to be fixed as well, I hear some poping and such on turns.

Here's some photos!

You replaced both side swaybar endlinks, correct? You don't want to run one stock and one aftermarket.

That is correct! Had to cut one out because it was just spinning!

Ok, good. You should notice a big difference in the frontend handling, are those the factory shocks?

Yes they are, I'm currently looking to upgrade the entire front end with new parts from rock auto. Still waiting to see what the $$ situation will be before I go ordering stuff! But so far things are good! Not bad for a 11 year old car!

So you upgraded your sound system in the stock location?

Sweet that's what in planning to to as well but know nothing about speakers or sound in general. Do you happen to have a list of what you replaced?

I mounted 6x9's in my front doors, need to make spacers to do the same in the rears. The main thing with door speakers is depth due to the windows and door internals. 6x9 Rockford Fosgate 3way's up front, 6x8 Infinity 3way's in rear, 10" MM1040 Polk Audio sub in a MTX Thunderform enclosure under the rear seat powered by a iirc 500-700watt amp and an old Pioneer H.U. from 2002. LOL

Yes I can, I currently run:
Polk Audio db571
2-way car speakers

I did not have to modify the housings at all for them to fit. VERY simple to install! Just take your time taking the door panel off! Let me know if you need any other help!
