narrowing an axle- need some measurements please

wheel mount surface to wheel mount surface, what is the width of the front of a 2001 explorer sport? What is the distance from the wheel mount surface on the drivers side to the point on the axle perpendicular to the yoke (where do I put the pumpkin)?

OK I put the front together enough to measure it. Looks like 60 inches wide and 25 inches from the drivers side hub to the center of the diff.
