Need help on sync harness?

So before i pay 300 dollars for the sync harness i am just wondering where these connectors i have circled in the picture plugs into, this came out from a ford explorer

ok here is my is assumation and hoping i am correct, so basically those 3 small connection is power outlet for charging your cellphone and the black connection that is circle big plugs into the back of radio and grey goes into dash harness behind the radio is that correct or no?
